WHP modified Lian Hua Qing Wen Capsule contains a total 14 traditional Chinese Herbs for reducing body heatiness,relieving cough and phlegm. It was carefully formulated without Ephedra,which is prohibited in Malaysia due to its adverse effects.

The formulation has been modified by adding three traditional herbs : Herba Mosla Chinensis (Elsholtzia),Radix et Rhizoma Aster Tataricus (Aster Root),and Fructus Trichosanthes Kirilowii (Snakegourd fruit),which are mild in nature and more suitable to be consumed by Malaysians,due to the country 's warm tropical weather.
